How we rate a casino
Every brand on this site starts from zero and has to earn its place. The first test is pass or fail: no current Great Britain remote licence, no listing. After that we score five areas out of ten and weight them as shown below.

What money does and does not change
Some of the operators we list pay us a commission when a reader opens an account. That is how a free site pays its bills, and we would rather say it plainly than bury it. What it does not do is move anyone up the page. The score decides the order, the score comes from the table above, and a partner that slips on payouts or terms drops just like anyone else.
We do not accept payment to remove a criticism, we do not publish paid reviews, and we never list an operator without a Great Britain licence, no matter what is on offer.
When a listing gets pulled
- The licence is surrendered, suspended or revoked by the Gambling Commission.
- The domain stops being listed as active under that licence.
- We see a pattern of readers reporting blocked or heavily delayed withdrawals.
- Promotional terms contradict what is advertised on the landing page.
